Francois and Alexia

7th Of February 2015

– I remember beautiful  Alexia telling me continuously how camera shy she was and that she wasn’t
photogenic and I remember wondering how wrong she was about all that while I was editing their portfolio! What a stunning bride she made, simply elegant and humble from start to finish.  Both Alexia and Francois have such fun personalities and I really enjoyed playing on the grounds of Vredenheim with them after their ceremony which took place outside, infront of the Vredenheim Manor House under a gigantic oak tree. {Their reception also took place on the stellenbosch farm in the cellar venue catered by The Barrique restaurant} There is a train track running just adjacent to the entrance of the farm and I never miss an opportunity to take my bridal couples up the brick paved road along the white fence and onto the railway line usually after walking the little dirt road around to the gardens by the dam with Lilly leaves and summer flowers and the fountains.
